To participate in the NEMA Short Film Competition –

1. Please fill in the Entry Form to sign up by March 31, 2010

2. A nominal fee of $20.00 will be charged per entry. The fees must be paid at the time of registration.

3. Please send the completed entry form and the check payable to NEMA to the following address
